What to put in the subject line
Statutory clocks start when a request arrives, so the subject line is the difference between a request that is recognised on day one and one that is recognised on day nine.

Please do not attach audio, video or a screen recording of a meeting. The other people in it consented to you, not to us. Unsolicited recordings containing other people's personal information are deleted rather than reviewed, which is dealt with under Australian Privacy Principle 4 in the privacy policy. Describe the problem in words instead and we will ask if we need more.
What we will not do with your email address
- Writing to us does not subscribe you to anything. There is no mailing list to be added to, and if one ever exists you will have to ask for it.
- Your correspondence is not used to target advertising, because there is no advertising anywhere in this company.
- We do not sell, rent or share contact details, and we do not enrich them against a third party dataset.
